Honda in Troy, Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee distribution center activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control. You will set performance standards for workgroups and drive results aligned with department and business objectives.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus an associate degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in a related field and 1–3 years of supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent job-related experience.
• Minimum Experience: three years in a related field with increasing responsibility.
• One to three years supervision/leadership experience required in related field.
• Proven ability to manage projects from creation to completion.
• Knowledge of automobile, motorcycle and power equipment lines is a plus.
