Job Title: Distribution Center Supervisor

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Distribution Center Supervisor, you will:

• Lead 50+ production hourly employees on the Weekend Crew.
• Implement process improvements in Safety, Quality, and Productivity at the DK6 Distribution Center in DeKalb, IL.
• Determine staffing deployments and task prioritizations for the shift.
• Support Lean Six Sigma annual cost savings goals and lead the Weekend Crew in Lean Management System Tier meetings.
• Collaborate across multiple departments, shifts, and buildings.

Your Skills and Expertise

Minimum qualifications:

• High School Diploma or higher (verified prior to start).
• Three (3) years of experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing in a private, public, government, or military environment.

Additional qualifications that can enhance success:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Five (5) years of experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• Skills including public speaking, conflict resolution, time management, team building, data analysis, and warehouse process knowledge.

Work Details

• Location: DeKalb, IL (on-site)
• Shift: Weekend, 6:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Travel: Up to 5% domestic travel
• Relocation Assistance: May be provided
• Legal Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work without sponsorship

Compensation (US Applicants)

Range: $84,595 - $103,394, including base pay and potential incentives. Actual offers depend on experience, skills, location, and other factors.
