Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Distribution Center Training Specialist who will deliver process training to current and new associates, acting as SME for SOPs in Quality, Safety and Security.

You will partner with the Operations Training Specialist to support the training strategy, perform on-the-job training, audits, and new employee orientation, and collaborate with QA and CI teams to drive training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to transport 60 lbs.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-the-job functional training to new and existing employees on SOPs within assigned department(s) (75%).
• Partners with QA & Continuous Improvement to support quality, safety and security; identify improvements.
• Performs productivity related tasks to support operational requirements.
• Works with Operations Training Specialist and others to review SOPs and processes.
• Assists with evaluating the effectiveness of training programs via surveys and skill attainment.
