You will measure production quality, apply learning tools, and drive improvements across multiple departments. The role emphasizes effective communication, group facilitation, and cross-training to build capability.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel/Office skills, a high school diploma, and a proven ability to deliver feedback while advancing associate development and SOP updates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains expert-level knowledge in at least two production departments; evaluates and improves processes within work areas.
• Refines learning tools and techniques; assists in measuring the effectiveness of learning.
• Measures impact of development efforts; improves associates' job-related skills with learning tools.
• Identifies areas for cross training and implements training to support objectives.
• Supports updating SOPs and SOP certification of associates and managers.
• Drives peak and non-peak training plan success; ensures timely completion of tasks.
