Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of security, law enforcement, military, or industrial safety experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems, badge access software, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Access Control and Facility Security: enforce protocols and escalation procedures.
• Oversee emergency alarm monitoring and response.
• Distribute facility access badges/keys as directed.
• Audit active badge holders and verify against rosters and vendor lists.
• Monitor entry/exit points and perform visitor verification and bag checks.
• Coordinate dock assignments and monitor security for inbound vehicles.
• Respond to security incidents and document reports.
• Support internal investigations and insurance claim preparations.
