Job summary

Rheem North America is seeking a Distribution Center Planner to develop, update, generate and execute the stock distribution plan for the network, ensuring service levels and inventory efficiency across our markets.

The role reports to the Inventory Planning & Capacity Manager and is based in Atlanta, GA, with hybrid work—office Mon–Thu and remote on Fridays—to support Master Capacity Planning. This position collaborates with local centers to align capacity with demand forecasts.

Job description

The Distribution Center Planner develops, updates, generates, and executes the stock distribution requirement plan for the network while supporting the effectiveness of the local market supply chain and customer service. This role has a direct link to the Inventory Planning & Capacity Manager to represent distribution constraints for the purposes of Master Capacity Planning.

This position will support Rheem North America, based in San Antonio, TX, Fort Smith, AR, Lewisville, TX, Pine Brook, NJ, or Atlanta, GA. This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
