Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations management experience in distribution or warehouse settings.
• Experience managing 20+ employees on the distribution floor.
• Track record of improving KPIs like productivity and inventory accuracy.
• Strong labor planning, scheduling, and workforce utilization.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily distribution center operations across inbound, outbound, and inventory control.
• Develop staffing plans based on order volume and growth.
• Monitor labor utilization, attendance, and operating expenses.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Coach and develop team through training and performance reviews.
• Maintain safety, SOPs, and compliance.
