Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of warehousing associates with recruiting, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure distribution center operations comply with internal policies and external regulations, including DOT/HAZMAT where applicable.
• Adjust staffing to meet service, budgetary, and operational goals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Manage carrier services and delivery processes to maintain compliance and efficiency.
• Provide input on annual operating budgets and oversee profits and losses for the facility.
• Review inventory reports to prevent shrinkage and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Collect and interpret distribution data to forecast future needs.
