Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced Distribution Center Operations Manager for our Chandler, AZ facility.

The role leads a 320K sq ft DC with 80 hourly associates, directing all operational functions and KPIs to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable warehouse performance. Qualified candidates bring 5+ years of DC management, inventory control expertise, WMS experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' management experience in a Distribution Center / Fulfillment Center environment required
• 5+ years handling inventory / operational tasks
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Ability to adapt and change processes to evolving business requirements
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; respond to urgent situations
• Understand OSHA and DOT regulations; strong decision making
• Proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational functions of the Distribution Center
• Lead and coordinate projects directed by the General Manager
• Develop Department Managers and leadership talent
• Maintain open communication with corporate, branch and distribution associates
• Regularly review procedures and KPIs for cost savings and improvements
• Align departmental goals with KPIs and company objectives
• Drive safety, quality, and profitability to exceed targets
• Act as a strategic partner across departments to improve results
• Ensure efficient and successful warehouse operations
• Manage inventory control within the warehouse
