99 Ranch Market is seeking a Distribution Center Manager in Jersey City, NJ to lead a team of 70+ and oversee inventory, orders, logistics, and quality control. The role requires strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and a focus on cost-effectiveness and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet customer demands, maintain safety standards, and optimize DC efficiency while managing budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in distribution center management, logistics, or a similar role.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Google Office Suite and WMS/inventory control software.
• Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements related to distribution center operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution center operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics.
• Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including receiving, storage, cycle counts, and replenishment.
• Lead a team of warehouse supervisors, coordinators, and associates with training and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with management to drive daily, weekly, and monthly goals and SOPs.
• Establish and enforce procedures to improve efficiency, safety, and productivity.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service to align activities with business objectives and customer needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions; maintain quality control processes.
