Job summary

ACCO Brands is hiring a Distribution Center Associate II in Booneville, MS. The role supports shipping and receiving, loading and unloading trailers, and operating powered equipment to move product efficiently.

The position uses RF technology to ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment while maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Candidates should be able to perform physically demanding tasks, read and write simple notes, and have basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand pallet jack, forklift, reach truck, pallet truck, and stacker.
• Load and unload trailers with appropriate equipment.
• Move product through aisles and on shelves; use RF devices for inventory.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards and follow company policies.
• Participate in process improvement teams and special projects.
