Pay range: $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

Job Overview

A role as an Operations Manager in Distribution and Receives Centers focuses on safety, leadership, excellence, and teamwork. The position leads teams in ensuring efficient operations, executing plans, meeting performance and budget goals, and fostering a safety‑first culture.

Core Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will:

• Develop and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Lead and mentor a team, inspiring productivity and growth.
• Provide real‑time observation and actionable feedback.
• Ensure operational plans are executed to achieve performance and budget goals.
• Innovate processes and drive efficiency improvements.
• Analyze root causes of problems and support calculated risk‑taking.
• Coordinate across functions to keep teams informed and aligned.

Qualifications

• Four‑year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills, including conflict management.
• Physical ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms.
• Read and interpret policies, procedures, and systems related to the Distribution Center operations.
