Job summary

Target is seeking an Operations Manager for our Distribution Centers to lead safety-focused teams and optimize productivity. You will champion a culture of accountability, coach frontline leaders, and drive continuous improvement across processes and methods to improve efficiency and accuracy in fulfillment operations.

You will be responsible for implementing safety standards, coordinating cross-functional teams, and adapting to evolving business needs while maintaining a focus on guest

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center and operate related systems.

The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position.These include labor markets and in some instancesmay include education, work experience and certifications. • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others

• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including the mezzanine platforms
• Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems and other programs within the Distribution Center, for example, ability to traverse conveyor crossovers
