Target is seeking an Operations Manager in our Distribution Centers in the United States. The role focuses on safety, leadership, and efficiency to move product to guests quickly and accurately.

You will lead teams, set expectations, and drive process improvements across functions while managing productivity and budget goals. A four-year degree or equivalent experience is required, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
