Job summary

PrimeSource Building Products, Inc. in Kentucky seeks a Distribution Center Leader to guide a multi-division team in Warehouse Operations and Administration. You will lead daily operations, ensuring safety, high service levels and efficient processes to meet business goals.

The role oversees 5–35 warehouse staff, 2–5 non-supervisory employees, and 1–3 supervisor reports, while promoting a culture of safety and accountability and driving continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and company reporting software.
• Proficiency with SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Guide team members in daily operations to ensure safety, service, and operational excellence.
• Manage Profit & Loss, plans, budgets, forecasts and expenses.
• Lead training and development of warehouse associates and supervisors.
