Job summary

KGPCo is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Distribution Center in Olathe, KS. You will manage shipping, traffic, planning, budgeting/forecasting, and system functionality, ensuring timely and cost-effective operations.

You will collaborate with the Director of Distribution Operations and senior leaders to drive urgency, attention to detail, and teamwork toward company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution/warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational needs of the Distribution Center, including shipping, traffic, planning, budgeting/forecasting, and system functionality.
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments to ensure inventory movements and process adherence.
• Monitor performance and drive process improvements to meet budgets and deadlines.
• Partner with senior management to drive cost efficiency and operational excellence.
