Job summary

ArchPoint Group in South Carolina is seeking a Distribution Operations Manager to lead the distribution center floor, supervise staff, and coordinate with the DC Manager to ensure efficient warehouse performance and on-time order fulfillment. You will drive lean processes, manage staffing and training, monitor metrics, and uphold OSHA and FDA standards while coordinating with finance on budgets and costs.

This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain, with 3+ in distribution/warehousing.
• Budget oversight and accountability experience.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, across levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Netsuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead DC operations on the floor, ensuring lean, safe, and efficient processes.
• Staffing objectives: hiring, training, scheduling, coaching.
• Budget planning and cost control with the DC Manager and accounting.
• Drive inventory accuracy and ERP data integrity; coordinate with QA.
• Ensure safety compliance and security of facilities.
• Communicate performance metrics and improvement plans.
