Job summary

Michaels in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a DC Alliance Department Manager to lead and develop the distribution center team, aligning safety, accuracy, production and inventory control with business goals.

You will provide work direction, coach supervisors, manage shifts including evenings and weekends, ensure SOP compliance, and collaborate with Loss Prevention and leadership to sustain exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with preferred college coursework.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and ability to guide teams in a fast-paced DC environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS; LMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and executes plans to meet operational objectives.
• Ensures all team members follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Identifies and resolves production or communication issues.
• Implements processes to ensure accurate inventory processing and on-time delivery.
• Interviews, onboards, and trains team members; develops direct reports.
