Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience with labor management systems (LMS) preferred.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute plans to meet operational objectives.
• Ensure SOPs and compliance across the team.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Manage shifts and coordinate safety and operations across the DC.
