Job summary

Goodwill is hiring for a Distribution Center Supervisor in San Diego. You will provide daily direction and supervision of inventory movement, ensuring accurate tracking and timely completion of administrative tasks.

Duties include coordinating with dispatch, maintaining FIFO inventory flow, and ensuring workspace safety and organization. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of logistics experience, and a valid CA driver’s license with forklift certification required or

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Two years of logistics experience preferred.
Valid CA Driver's License with driving record acceptable to insurance standards preferred.
Ability to become forklift certified required.
Strong organizational skills and previous logistics, inventory control, warehouse and stockroom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assists with work activities of fixed crew processors as necessary.
Creates and updates daily Distribution Center priorities checklist and ensures completion.
Assists with accurate and timely completion of distribution center administrative tasks.
Tracks and disburses inventory; communicates with dispatch for product distribution.
Performs daily forklift inspections.
Maintains proper flow of inventory; follows FIFO for fresh inventory.
