Job summary

Target is hiring an Operations Coordinator at our Distribution Center. You will process multiple tasks safely and efficiently to ensure stores and guests receive merchandise quickly.

You’ll coordinate inbound loads, movement of trailers, and outbound deliveries while collaborating with store teams, operations managers, and vendors. You will use the Warehouse Management System and RF devices to verify carton counts and product quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 35 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Strong reading comprehension of labels and product documentation.
• Basic math and data analysis in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process multiple tasks in the distribution center safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate inbound loads and movement of receiving/shipping trailers.
• Communicate with stores, transportation partners, and vendors.
• Use WMS and RF devices to ensure accurate carton count and product quality.
