Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the Distribution Center team in Richmond, VA. You will report to an Area Manager and perform warehouse tasks including receiving, loading, equipment operation, cleaning, and sorting, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of warehouse or related experience, plus basic familiarity with Google G-Suite. The role offers competitive pay and benefits as part of a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of warehouse, logistics, military, or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer/web-based software knowledge (e.g., Google G-Suite).
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight.
• Operate manual and electric material handling equipment.
• Move product to storage area and stack/store merchandise.
• Process orders including picking, checking, sorting, packing, and shipment confirmation.
• Record information such as weight, time and date packaged.
