Qualifications

• Ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Working knowledge of automotive warehouse/store operations.
• Familiarity with automotive parts.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Unload merchandise from Ozark route trucks and stage appropriately.
• Verify unloaded items against driver’s manifest.
• Assist in wrapping, loading, and shipping outbound merchandise.
• Process store returns and separate merchandise into staging areas.
• Sort and stack rebuilt core/warranty items.
• Follow cut-offs, auditing, and shipping preparation procedures.
• Maintain inventory and prepare shipment paperwork.
• Maintain neat work areas and follow safety standards.
