Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a warehouse associate to support inbound/outbound and returns operations in our Houston distribution center. You will handle merchandise, verify documentation, and ensure accurate inventory using RF scanners, voice-picking, and WMS systems.

You’ll contribute to safety, quality, and productivity across daily workflows. Required: ability to match data precisely, follow procedures, and maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including but not limited to safely lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, acquisitions inventory, and vendor return according to O’Reilly policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
