You will guide a team across shifts, coordinate with management, supervise equipment operation, and drive continuous improvement in inventory control and logistics performance, while promoting a collaborative, iCare culture. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and safety oversight.

Responsibilities

• Champion safe working conditions and promote safe operation of equipment.
• Lead daily huddles to communicate expectations and foster engagement.
• Coordinate warehousing activities with management and provide updates through daily reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality, health and safety regulations and environmental policies.
• Onboard, coach, and mentor associates; document issues and apply disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversee maintenance of facility and equipment to ensure efficiency.
• Supervise warehouse staff across shifts and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Recruit, train and develop associates within the distribution center.
• Maintain records via warehouse management systems for receipts, storage, and distribution.
