Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Manager, Distribution (2nd Shift) for the Clayton, OH location. You will supervise 20-25 hourly personnel at the Clayton Distribution Center, a key node in our Parts Distribution Network, handling inbound/outbound material for North America and beyond.

This role focuses on leading teams, driving productivity, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating across the distribution network to ensure reliable service and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate distribution center teams through coaching and training.
• Drive operational excellence by resolving issues and improving processes.
• Ensure safety and compliance through daily safety practices.
• Oversee inventory and equipment management across receiving, storage, and maintenance.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and other administrative tasks to improve service levels and reduce costs.
• Perform additional duties as needed by Caterpillar management.
