This position is responsible for staging, shrink wrapping, and loading products by trip and store number as received from the stockroom. It involves preparing palletized loads for shipment, ensuring safe transportation and storage, and assisting with pallet building and product selection for routes.

Responsibilities include:

• Staging products on pallets, shrink wrapping, and loading onto trucks
• Inspecting trailers for suitability before loading
• Ensuring correct parts are loaded onto the correct trucks with accuracy and speed
• Operating pallet jacks or forklifts as needed
• Maintaining product integrity through proper handling and storage
• Keeping the work area clean and safe
• Pulling stock orders and assisting with other warehouse tasks
• Following all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or 6 months of equivalent experience
• Forklift certification preferred
• Reliable attendance
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to recognize letters and numbers, both visually and aurally
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and push/pull up to 300 lbs. with aids
• Ability to bend, reach, and work on foot for entire shift

Work Environment: Exposure to moving mechanical parts, hazardous materials, and outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.
