Leslie’s, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Director to guide overall DC performance and strategic direction across warehouse operations, transportation, customer service, and safety.

This role partners with senior leadership to set goals, drive improvement, and develop talent within a large, multi-state distribution network. You will lead teams, optimize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage the annual budget while aligning with Leslie’s customer expectations and company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in warehousing, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Experience leading teams and driving accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, transportation, inventory, and admin operations.
• Direct daily operations to meet productivity, safety, cost, and service goals.
• Develop talent through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Monitor budgets, labor planning, and cost control with reporting.
