National Oak Distributors is seeking a seasoned Distribution Center Manager to lead the Orlando warehouse. The role focuses on warehousing, inventory control, and operations management, with emphasis on driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and cost effectiveness while delivering exceptional service.

You will oversee a team, manage daily operations, leverage WMS and KPIs, report to senior management, and ensure safety and compliance in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive distribution/warehousing management.
• Experience leading operations, inventory, and process improvement.
• Thorough knowledge of WMS for distribution optimization.
• Strong KPI knowledge for driving operational excellence.
• MS Office proficiency with Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organization and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team.
• Oversee daily operations: receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping.
• Implement inventory controls and regular audits.
• Utilize WMS to optimize workflow and space utilization.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvement actions.
