Job summary

Revelyst is seeking a Warehouse Lead for our distribution center to coordinate daily tasks, prioritize work, and maintain safety and productivity across the facility. The role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and acts as a point of reference in their absence.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of supervisory experience in distribution, strong leadership, and the ability to train and mentor staff while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate effectively in English for business and safety purposes.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of proven distribution supervisory experience is desired.
• Good organization, leadership, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Adaptive learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to challenges.
• Positive attitude—teamwork and/or independent work capability.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relations across functions.
• Active listening skills.
• Basic math, reading and comprehension; computer literate with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate and productive work environment to meet customer service standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates in job functions.
• Supervise daily procedures of various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Communicate with departments, vendors, and others to coordinate activities.
• Operate and instruct others in material moving equipment inside the warehouse.
• Determine loading/unloading sequences for maximum safety and space usage.
• Inspect and arrange for maintenance of equipment as needed.
• Maintain inventory controls and count physical inventory.
• Ensure safety and security policies are followed.
