Job summary

RH is seeking a Senior Distribution Center Leader to drive a cost-efficient receiving and transportation operation with accurate, prompt shipments. The role oversees safety, inventory control and budgeting within the Distribution Center.

You will plan labor, set goals with leadership, and ensure compliance with OSHA and MSDS while improving processes and service levels, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at the department leadership level.
• Experience with WMS systems (KCS and/or PKMS) and e-commerce fulfillment operations.
• Proficient with MS Office suite, especially Excel.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule Distribution services (receiving, storing, shipping, returns) to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Ensure accurate inventory control across product lines in the DC.
• Prepare Distribution Center budgeting and monitor spending.

• Forecast labor needs based on sales and leadership input.
• Develop procedures for safe, efficient operation of warehouse equipment.
• Ensure OSHA and MSDS compliance.
• Audit operations to meet service standards.
