Reser’s Fine Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at the Deer Creek Potato Plant in Topeka, KS. The role oversees receiving and distribution, coordinates production flow, and ensures efficiency and safety in a fast-paced warehouse.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory warehouse experience, a high school diploma, forklift certification, and strong leadership and communication skills. This full-time position offers a competitive benefits package and a bonus plan based on performance.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a warehouse setting is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Basic PC skills required.
• Excellent oral communication and leadership abilities needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates production flow within a shift.
• Contacts carrier representative to arrange and issue delivery instructions for materials.
• Implements changes to processes to increase efficiency.
• Assists warehouse staff with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Maintains an organized and clean work area.
• Follows company safety guidelines and GMPs.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
