Qualifications

• Equipment certification as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the supervisor to organize, motivate and train associates.
• Direct daily/weekly work assignments in the Distribution Center.
• Oversee operations in the absence of floor supervisors or floor managers.
• Ensure productivity standards and communicate KPIs.
• Direct associates on equipment use and troubleshoot problems.
• Perform tasks to set the pace for daily productivity.
• Maintain open communication and support professional growth.
• Rotate through departments to meet business demands.
• Participate in training on technology upgrades and new systems.
• Complete tasks to achieve daily productivity and quality goals.
