Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Distribution Center experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Basic math skills.
• AS400 and/or JDA knowledge preferred.
• Google Suite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support supervisors to organize, motivate and train associates.
• Direct daily/weekly work assignments in the Distribution Center.
• Oversee operations in the absence of floor supervisors or floor managers.
• Ensure productivity standards by communicating KPIs.
• Direct associates on the proper use of Distribution Center equipment and troubleshoot problems.
• Perform tasks to set the pace for daily productivity.
• Foster open communication and be available to address questions and concerns.
• Support performance and development of direct reports.
