Job summary

ZEISS is seeking a Distribution Center Lead to supervise end-to-end warehouse processes, including inbound, order management, and outbound shipments. You will communicate goals, address performance gaps, and support order control and shipping areas across shifts with a focus on LEAN improvements.

Responsibilities include managing daily workflow, ensuring SOP adherence, and maintaining safety and accuracy in all operations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience, 3 years preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound/outbound workflow for Lens Care Orders.
• Maintain SOPs and documentation; ensure accurate records.
• Monitor performance, report deviations, and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams for on-time shipments.
