Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Charlotte, NC to support day-to-day operations for a 4PL warehouse account and act as the main liaison between customers, warehouse partners, and RXO teams.

The on-site role offers a pay rate of $21.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and a strong emphasis on customer service, inventory control, and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customer accounts or client-facing operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation systems, or operational reporting tools.
• Should be comfortable asking questions and continuously learning and improving.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General knowledge of warehouse or transportation operations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations for assigned 4PL warehouse customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Serve as a primary operational point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries related to inventory, orders, inbound and outbound activity.
• Monitor daily warehouse activity including receipts, shipments, inventory movements, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer and operational data across systems, including warehouse management and reporting tools. Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, and service issues.
