Job summary

Tireco-Distributors is seeking a Distribution Center Lead in Florida to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise a team, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

You will maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility, coach staff, and audit activities for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company policies. forklift experience and DOT readiness are preferred for cross-state deliveries and efficient logistics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse operations experience.
• 2+ years forklift experience.
• Valid driver’s license; DOT requirements may apply.
• Be at least 21 years old and able to cross state lines for deliveries as needed.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

JOB TITLE: Distribution Center LeadAs a Distribution Center Lead for Tireco Distributors, you will oversee the distribution center, work closely with management, customers, and team members. You will maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, lead team members in daily assignments, and audit completed assignments to ensure accuracy. You will also coach and train team members as necessary to ensure processes, procedures, and safety regulations are being met.
