Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Carrollton, TX is seeking a motivated Warehouse Distribution Center Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will perform receiving, replenishing, picking and loading, ensuring accurate inventory and efficient workflow.

You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, operate RF scanners and basic computer tasks, with a focus on safety and quality. Weekend work may be required during peak periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Pick orders, load shipments, and replenish stock as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound shipments and report variances.
• Maintain inventory records and proper stock rotation.
• Follow safety, housekeeping and security procedures; meet KPI targets.
• Identify and solve problems during daily warehouse operations.
