Qualifications

• 1+ year of custodial, janitorial, or facility maintenance work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks consistently.
• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment or willingness to learn.
• Understanding of basic safety practices in a warehouse or facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the DC.
• Empty trash and sweep floor areas to maintain cleanliness.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and balers.
• Restock paper products and supplies in restrooms and break areas.
• Support groundskeeping duties including lawn care and trash removal.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and exterior maintenance.
• Follow safety practices and identify unsafe conditions.
• Communicate issues to supervisors or DC leadership.
