Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a Distribution Associate for our Louisville, KY distribution center. You will verify deliveries, stock materials, pick and pack orders, and assist with shipping documentation to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment.

This role emphasizes safety, attendance, and the ability to rotate across warehouse functions. Many tasks require lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights, with 2nd shift hours specified.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven record of strong attendance.
• Commitment to safety.
• Willingness to be cross-trained and rotate through all warehouse functions as business needs dictate.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Regularly work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Possess basic problem solving, and basic math and number recognition skills.
• Experience operating warehouse power equipment safely is a plus.
• Experience with RF equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving - verify delivery bills and product received, address warehouse issues.
• Stocking - assess quantity, size, weight and volume to stock material.
• Order Picking - process customer orders using warehouse software.
• Packing - pack items to ensure products are safe and undamaged.
• Shipping - prepare shipping documentation and classify freight.
