Job summary

PACCAR is hiring a full-time Distribution Associate in Lancaster, PA. You will join a dynamic team in our state-of-the-art distribution center, gaining cross-functional training across receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping to keep parts flowing.

Starting pay is $25.99 per hour with potential increases to $31.00, plus benefits including 401(k), pension, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and health plans. We value safety, teamwork, and reliable performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Commitment to safety.
• Willingness to cross-train and rotate through warehouse functions as needed.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to withstand heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: verify delivery bills and product received; address warehouse issues.
• Stocking: assess quantity, size, weight and volume to stock material in locations.
• Order Picking: process customer orders using warehouse software.
• Packing: follow best practices to protect items during packing.
• Shipping: prepare shipping documents, weight, piece count and freight classification.
• Assist in training of new employees.
