Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring for a Distribution Center Associate in Minnesota. You will count, verify, and place inbound pallets using an RF scanner and pick outbound pallets at the dock with RF scanning.

Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency while supporting parcel/LTL order processing and daily equipment inspections. The role requires a distribution center background, 2+ years of experience, and the ability to operate a sit-down forklift and clamp safely.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in a distribution center environment.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Ability to safely operate sit-down forklift and clamp.

Responsibilities

• Counts, verifies, and accurately places inbound pallets into correct bin locations using RF scanner.
• Counts, verifies, and accurately picks and stages outbound pallets at dock door using RF scanner.
• Completes tasks in a safe and efficient manner to meet productivity goals.
• Maintains cleanliness, order, and safety in the distribution center at all times.
• Complete daily inspections of material handling equipment (forklift/clamp).
• Assist with picking and processing of parcel and/or LTL orders, loading carrier trucks.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
