Job summary

ESAB is seeking a Distribution Associate based in Denton, Texas. The role focuses on inventory management, shipment coordination, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include loading LTL trucks, processing packing slips, forklift operation, order packing, and handling HAZMAT shipments while adhering to FDA/UL/ISO standards. Overtime and teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, speaking and writing).
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience with RF guns preferred.
• Heavy order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

• Load LTL trucks.
• Processing of documents and ship confirmations (i.e.: packing slips).
• Move materials with multiple forklifts (reach truck, order picker, electric pallet jack, dock stocker).
• Pulling and packing of customer orders.
• Banding pallets.
• Processing bill of lading.
• Consolidation of PID's.
• Picking and shipping HAZMAT.
• Troubleshoot HAZMAT issues.
• Utilizing product knowledge to correctly fulfill orders, escalating issues as needed.
• Work efficiently to attain goals.
• Follow regulatory agency (FDA, UL or ISO) standards or policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Duties

• Load LTL trucks
