Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load LTL trucks.
• Process documents and ship confirmations (e.g., packing slips).
• Move materials with forklifts and related equipment.
• Pull and pack customer orders.
• Band pallets and consolidate PID’s.
• Process bill of lading and shipping paperwork.
• Pick and ship orders and manage hazmat handling.
• Troubleshoot hazmat issues and ensure compliance.
• Use product knowledge to fulfill orders and escalate issues.
• Follow FDA, UL or ISO standards and internal policies.

Primary Duties

• Load LTL trucks
• Processing of documents and ship confirmations (i.e.: packing slips)
• Move materials with multiple forklifts (reach truck, order picker, electric pallet jack, dock stocker)
• Pulling and packing of customer orders
• Banding pallets
• Processing bill of lading
• Consolidation of PID’s
• Picking and shipping
• HAZMAT
• Troubleshoot HAZMAT issues
• Utilizing product knowledge to correctly fulfill orders, escalating issues as needed
• Work efficiently to attain goals
• Follow regulatory agency (FDA, UL or ISO) standards or policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, speaking and writing)
• High school degree or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience with RF guns preferred
• Heavy order fulfillment experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred

Working Conditions

• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Personal computer skills – SAP, Microsoft Office
• Must be willing to operate forklift equipment, working at heights of 30 feet
• Excellent communication skills

• Capable of working required overtime
• Ability to apply and use required forces (i.e.: 50 lbs. of material lifting) repetitively
