Job summary

ESAB Corporation is seeking a Distribution Associate based in Denton, Texas. You will manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will load trucks, process shipping documents, operate forklifts, pack orders, and handle hazardous materials with attention to safety and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, speaking and writing).
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience with RF guns preferred.
• Heavy order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Working conditions: capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Load LTL trucks.
• Process documents and ship confirmations (packing slips).
• Move materials with forklifts (reach truck, order picker, electric pallet jack, dock stocker).
• Pull and pack customer orders.
• Band pallets.
• Process bills of lading.
• Consolidate PID’s.
• Pick and ship HAZMAT; troubleshoot issues.

Primary Duties

• Load LTL trucks
• Processing of documents and ship confirmations (i.e.: packing slips)
• Move materials with multiple forklifts (reach truck, order picker, electric pallet jack, dock stocker)
• Pulling and packing of customer orders
• Banding pallets
• Processing bill of lading
• Consolidation of PID’s
• Picking and shipping HAZMAT
• Troubleshoot HAZMAT issues
• Utilizing product knowledge to correctly fulfill orders, escalating issues as needed
• Work efficiently to attain goals
• Follow regulatory agency (FDA, UL or ISO) standards or policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Working Conditions Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Personal computer skills – SAP, Microsoft Office
• Must be willing to operate forklift equipment, working at heights of 30 feet

• Capable of working required overtime
• Ability to apply and use required forces (i.e.: 50 lbs. of material lifting) repetitively
• Excellent work record (i.e.: Attendance, Attitude and Productivity)
