Job summary

ESAB Corporation in Denton, Texas is seeking a Distribution Associate to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and support warehouse operations. You''ll load LTL trucks, process packing slips, pull and pack orders, and ensure accuracy in documents while following safety and regulatory standards.

You will operate forklifts, use RF scanners, and work with SAP and MS Office to keep data accurate. The role requires strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to overtime.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, speaking and writing).
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience with RF guns preferred.
• Heavy order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Primary Duties

• Load LTL trucks
• Processing of documents and ship confirmations (i.e.: packing slips)
• Move materials with multiple forklifts (reach truck, order picker, electric pallet jack, dock stocker)
• Pulling and packing of customer orders
• Banding pallets
• Processing bill of lading
• Consolidation of PID’s
• Picking and shipping
• HAZMAT
• Troubleshoot HAZMAT issues
• Utilizing product knowledge to correctly fulfill orders, escalating issues as needed
• Work efficiently to attain goals
• Follow regulatory agency (FDA, UL or ISO) standards or policies
• Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions
