Job summary

ESAB Corporation is seeking a Distribution Associate in Denton, Texas to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain strong vendor relationships. The role reports to the Distribution Supervisor and offers growth in a fast-paced environment within a global welding solutions provider.

Key duties include loading trucks, processing shipping documents, operating forklifts, packing orders, and ensuring regulatory compliance (FDA, UL, ISO).

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, speaking and writing).
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with RF guns preferred.
• Heavy order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load LTL trucks.
• Process packing slips and ship confirmations.
• Move materials with forklifts (reach truck, order picker, electric pallet jack, dock stocker).
• Pull and pack customer orders.
• Band pallets.
• Process bill of lading.

Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, the Distribution Associate is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external vendors to keep our operations running smoothly. Primary Duties

• - Load LTL trucks


• - Processing of documents and ship confirmations (i.e.: packing slips)


• - Move materials with multiple forklifts (reach truck, order picker, electric pallet jack, dock stocker)


• - Pulling and packing of customer orders


• - Banding pallets


• - Processing bill of lading


• - Consolidation of PID's


• - Picking and shipping HAZMAT


• - Troubleshoot HAZMAT issues


• - Utilizing product knowledge to correctly fulfill orders, escalating issues as needed


• - Work efficiently to attain goals


• - Follow regulatory agency (FDA, UL or ISO) standards or policies


• - Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions

• - Must be willing to operate forklift equipment, working at heights of 30 feet
