Job summary

ESAB Corporation in Denton, TX is seeking a Distribution Associate to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and support warehouse operations.

The role reports to the Distribution Supervisor and requires forklift experience, familiarity with SAP and MS Office, and strong communication skills to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment. This is a hands-on position with overtime and safety compliance expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing).
• RF guns knowledge preferred.
• Heavy order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load LTL trucks.
• Processing of documents and ship confirmations (i.e.: packing slips).
• Move materials with forklifts (reach truck, order picker, electric pallet jack, dock stocker).
• Pulling and packing of customer orders.
• Banding pallets.
• Processing bill of lading.
• Consolidation of PID’s.
• Picking and shipping HAZMAT.
• Troubleshoot HAZMAT issues.
• Utilizing product knowledge to correctly fulfill orders, escalating issues as needed.
• Work efficiently to attain goals.
• Follow regulatory agency (FDA, UL or ISO) standards or policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Duties

• Load LTL trucks
• Processing of documents and ship confirmations (i.e.: packing slips)

Working Conditions

• Capable of working independently and as part of a team

• Must be willing to operate forklift equipment, working at heights of 30 feet
