Responsibilities

This hands-on role supports daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, picking and packing, shipping and receiving, inventory handling, and product movement throughout the facility.The ideal candidate has a strong and stable work history, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Forklift experience is highly preferred and will be utilized as part of daily warehouse operations.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipmentLoad, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing freightOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficientlyPalletize, stage, and transport products throughout the warehouseMaintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock organizationEnsure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards are maintainedFollow company procedures, safety guidelines, and operational workflowsSupport shipping, receiving, replenishment, and fulfillment processesAssist with cycle counts and inventory control as neededWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goalsPerform additional warehouse duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment requiredForklift operating experience preferredStrong work history and demonstrated job stability requiredExperience with order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving preferredAbility to understand and communicate in English for safety procedures and team communicationKnowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA standards preferredExperience working in fast-paced environments with attention to detailFamiliarity with Lean practices and 5S methodology is a plusWork Environment & Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout an 8-hour shiftAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environmentAbility to climb stairs or ladders and work at heights up to 8 feet when necessaryFlexibility to work overtime during busy periods
