Job summary

Envision LED Lighting, Inc. in Bell, CA is seeking a dependable Warehouse Order Processor to join our distribution center on-site. You will pick and pack orders with a handheld RF scanner and process shipments via UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and USPS portals.

Work will support the Will Call Department and other warehouse functions, including Receiving, Shipping, Inventory, and special projects. A fast-paced environment requires accuracy and multitasking with strong English communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders using a handheld RF scanner.

• Use NetSuite and RF Smart for order fulfillment.
• Double-check orders for accuracy before shipment or customer pickup.
• Assist Receiving, Shipping/Freight, and Inventory departments as needed.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have experience picking and packing orders using a handheld RF scanner and processing shipments through UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.This position will primarily support our Will Call Department and will also assist other warehouse departments, including Receiving, Shipping/Freight, Inventory, and special projects as needed.Pick and pack customer orders using a handheld RF scanner.Process shipments through UPS, FedEx, and USPS online portals.Use NetSuite and RF Smart for order fulfillment.Double-check orders for accuracy before shipment or customer pickup.Assist customers with loading and unloading products for pickups and returns.Stock the workstation and maintain adequate packing and shipping supplies.Keep the workstation and surrounding area clean and organized using 5S methodology.Assist Receiving with loading and unloading trucks.Assist Shipping/Freight and Inventory with cycle counting and other warehouse tasks.Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious warehouse picking and packing experience preferred.Experience using a handheld RF scanner and cart.Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager preferred.Basic computer skills required.NetSuite experience is a plus.Lighting industry experience is a plus.Forklift certification is a plus but not required.Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.Able to follow instructions and learn quickly.Must be able to read, write, and understand English.Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Work Environment & Physical DemandsThis is an active warehouse position requiring employees to perform essential job functions throughout an 8-hour workday, excluding designated meal and rest periods.The position requires regular walking and standing, as well as occasional kneeling, stooping, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs and ladders, and working at heights above 10 feet.
